I noticed that our CircleCI redirector is broken, seemingly due to an invalid response from the server:

invalid json response body at https://circleci.com/api/v2/project/gh/scikit-image/scikit-image/7677/artifacts reason: Unexpected token 'I', "Invalid to"... is not valid JSON
