ImodViewer could be used to visualize any 2D/3D data (or at least MRC maps like subtomogram averages and templates generated from PDB)

I started working on it, but turned out more complicated than I initially thought. I just wanted to use 3dmod to visualize any kind of MRC file, but the current ImodViewer seems to expect sets of tomo stuff.
It's not urgent, but if anyone is feeling like they can tackle it, please go ahead.
