I get this error when I try to connect to my onPremise environment v9.1. Here is how I connect:

.\spkl.exe plugins spkl.json "AuthType=AD;url=https://my-server/myOrg/;Domain=my-domain;Username=admin_user;Password=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"

The error:

Unable to Login to Dynamics CRMOrganizationServiceProxy is null
