Cat whiskers placed incorrectly

Expected Behavior

Placement of SVG costumes should be consistent with Scratch 2.0

Actual Behavior

On project 223829590, the cats' whiskers are not placed correctly.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load project 223829590 in both Scratch 2.0 and Scratch 3.0
2. Run the project in both versions of Scratch
3. Note the position of the whiskers

I was looking into this and it might be that there is actually a problem with Scratch 2 that moves the sprite to the LEFT that the creator was compensating for by moving to the right. I was having trouble duplicating the issue in either 2 OR 3.0
