Some pages have the old scratch look (not the new 3.0 look)

Expected Behavior

All pages (especially the important and frequently used ones) should have the new Scratch new 3.0 look

Actual Behavior

Some of the pages does not. (e.g. the My Stuff page)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the Scratch website
2. Go to a page like My Stuff that has the old look (My Stuff page requires log in)
