Sometimes Scratch Project Last Modified dates are incorrect

Expected Behavior

The date should be correct all the time

Actual Behavior

Sometimes it can be incorrect, sometimes it is correct. I last modified my project (see picture) after 26 October 2021 but it still displays that. And I haven't experienced a rollback issue as of writing so this is probably not that serious.

Steps to Reproduce

Check the Last Modified date. There is no specific thing to do to make the system act like this last time I checked.

System Details

Not applicable, reason: not related, internal problem.
