Cleave cards are missing square brackets in their text, plus cards which reference loyalty costs

This issue affects all of the following cards:

• All cards with Cleave
• All cards that reference loyalty costs in an effect

This issue is a regression of the following:

• Cleave cards are all missing square brackets in their oracle text #107 (fixed in December 2022)

Expected behaviour

Cleave cards, and all cards that reference loyalty costs in their effects, are supposed to have square brackets in their rules text. For example, Dig Up should have the following text:

Search your library for a [basic land] card, [reveal it,] put it into your hand, then shuffle.

(This also affects the one-off Mystery Booster card Graveyard Dig.)

Meanwhile, any card that references a loyalty cost in an effect is meant to wrap that cost in square brackets. For example, Carth the Lion is meant to have the following text:

Planeswalkers’ loyalty abilities you activate cost an additional [+1] to activate.

This is confirmed in all of the following release notes which provide the literal Oracle text of each card, and was briefly confirmed on Gatherer itself during 2023 when Scryfall was syncing this data:

• Modern Horizons 2 Release Notes (for Carth the Lion)
• Phyrexia: All Will Be One Release Notes (for Ichormoon Gauntlet)
• March of the Machine Release Notes (for the Talent auras)
• Unifnity Release Notes (for Comet, Stellar Pup)

Actual behaviour

All of the above cards are missing square brackets in their oracle text.

Dig Up has no brackets in its text whatsoever. We have confirmation via screenshot this correctly display brackets sometime during December 2022 in #107.

Carth the Lion and Ichormoon Gauntlet also have no brackets in their text whatsoever.
