[Wipe node playbook] Doesn't remove /etc/scylla and thus scylla.yaml configuration. #417

I noticed that this playbook removes all data directories, attempts to uninstall the packages, as well as removes the /etc/scylla.d configuration.

It however seems to miss the step to also remove the /etc/scylla configuration folder.
When wiping the node, we should also remove this configuration folder containing the scylla.yaml.

Typically there is a reason to wipe a node (e.g. if the node has been replaced), and removing such configuration would be prudent to hinder any possible attempts to rejoin.
