Render a Github Page for every keyhouse

This has to be done in co-ordination with the keyhouse-template. Goal is to make a GitHub page for every keyhouse with options to make access control easier like one tap access granting/revoking. This needs to be looked upon before implementation as it needs to be researched if all of this is even possible or not without having too much load on the server or if the Github API provides us enough power to implement it.
