Specify Enter/leave dates for Areas

Hello, would it be possible to implement a feature within the Areas to only allow Bookings for a particular Enter and Leave dates instead of 'any' dates? Additionally, if possible, the ability to force bookings for this particular Area for the entire Enter and Leave dates set within the Areas settings? Currently, we have folks booking seats within an Area that is not yet available and will only be available during a certain dates of the month and causing some confusion when they arrive to the building.
