React 18 support

Given that React 18 has now been released and Remix has updated to allow for it, it would be great to have this compatibility with remix utils.

There’s nothing incompatible with React v18.

I think there's something that's currently incompatible.

1. npx create-remix@latest (installs with React 17)
2. npm i react@latest react-dom@latest
3. npm i remix-utils
