Criar um Model chamado ShippingCompany. Os atributos são os seguintes:

nome fantasia;
razão social;
CNPJ;
endereço para faturamento; e
domínio dos e-mails (exemplo: minhatransportadora.com.br).

Ainda fazer testes unitários com os atributos de ShippingCompany.
