parser-cctalk attempt 1 failed with FETCH_ERROR

Hello, I have about 40 machines I am trying to update. I cannot seem to install serialport because it seems to not be able to get parser-cctalk. Ive updated npm and node and apt with no luck. I've tried to install separately but still cannot get it to work. All the machines are RPI4 64bit os. Are there any recommendations on why this may be happening? Thanks.

I was able to resolve this with stitching to a mirror. Is there an issue with the default npm location?
