Clarification and motivation

If we are going to publish the bot later in the Slack App Directory, we have to add a possibility to run the bot as server, exposing public HTTP API, because for the App Directory socket mode is not allowed.

Acceptance criteria

  • The bot can be run as a server

Solution: Allow to choose how to run the server, using common handler
