Support channel names in `feedbackChannel` #81

Clarification and motivation

At the moment, feedbackChannel should be a channel ID such as C13FQHWLQS2.

It would be more convenient to be able to provide a channel name, and let the bot lookup the ID.

Acceptance criteria

feedbackChannel supports channel names
