Fix circular dependencies

Why is this needed:

In the project compilation phase, there is a warning about circular dependencies

(!) Circular dependency
src/lib/definitions/index.ts -> src/lib/definitions/specification.ts -> src/lib/definitions/workflow.ts -> src/lib/definitions/utils.ts -> src/lib/definitions/index.ts
