Add a handler for HTTP sourced markdown recordings and use it in the weather demo TCK thing

Specifically, the "Test Average Rainfall For Great Britain And France From 1980 to 1999 Exists"

Source as many of those as you can from the other implementations of Servirtium (well the coupled demos).
