SAB Support

SAB Support would allow members to track the status of downloads, or at least know that X/Y items items in queue.
SAB has a public API, and I suspect would be useful for other users.

originally the goal of this was to interact with *arr applications via multiple chat clients using commands that were not client specific

I don't know much about SABnzbd or how it integrates with *arr applications, but technically nothing would stop someone from adding commands/implementation for it using this bot framework

Something like below could technically work

!sab add movie <etc>

I'm always open to PRs or further discussion, lemme know
