I would love the option to not get that pop up at all. |
That could be nice. Or some more subdued simple vector icons that you could draw at run time. I often have people tap me on the shoulder to talk to me, then ask why there's a giant ear on my computer. I like it, but to each their own. |
@armccoy Could I remove the entire block, starting at L104, to disable the emojis (emojies?) entirely? |

On OS X 10.10.3, the emoji that are displayed are a Simpsons shade of yellow: 👂👉. Users might want the ability to specify a different skin tone, which was added in 10.10.3:
