Versions 8.1.77 and 8.2.88 Report as 7.0.72 Breaking Mods Requiring v8 or Better

In the Mods Menu, Cloth Config is reporting itself as 7.0.72 for both downloads of 8.1.77 and 8.2.88 from modrinth. This is breaking all mods that require the v8 version of Cloth Config.

Followup on this. Looks like Cloth Config 8.2.88 reports as 7.0.72 under Minecraft 1.19 and 8.2.88 under Minecraft 1.19.2. Clever, but very misleading and confusing.

I believe the forge and fabric versions got mislabeled,
for fabric #156 will show how to fix.
