Cannot auction item, its soulbound or something about proficiency #361

I could not auction an item as it needed to be repaired.
The problem I had was: The error message was unclear.

Once it reported the item to be soulbound.
And I vaguely remember the AH addon saying
that I had not yet the proficiency for it.
