Extension not working #31

When i try to activate the Layout and select the Status field, the Columns are there but greyed out and empty.

Can anyone help me?

I using Docker with Directus 9.23.4 and pasted the index.js in the right folder.

The problem is that text and value must match. See issue #26. I have committed PR fixing the issue.
