盛大に落ちると面食らうらしい。

例外リスト

Twitter::Error::Unauthorized

"Not authorized"
鍵付きアカウント/リストを読んだ時

Twitter::Error::Forbidden

"Status is a duplicate"

SocketError

ネットワークに接続されてない時
host twitter.comが名前解決できない時

Timeout::Error

レスポンスが無い時
Streamでpolling中にも起こる
