Make different tilt controller config files for different robots #58

At the moment, Lupe has an uncommitted change in tilt_controller.yaml which sets the correct serial number of the tilt motor.

Steps to fix

  • This change should be committed as a new tilt_controller_lupe.yaml
  • The original should be renamed tilt_controller_moe.yaml.
  • Wherever tilt_controller.yaml is mentioned in launch files (do a global text search over this repository), change it to tilt_controller_$(arg robot_name).yaml
