  1. Create your network definition file (.ned file)
  2. Create your simulation configuration file (.ini file)
  3. Run simulations in either Cmdenv or Qtenv
  4. Read/analyze the outputted results (which is a cause of quantum tomography) and the Jsonlogger (which logs everything happening to the network)

I hope somebody used to QuISP elaborates (or fixes) this description and makes a pull request for the textbook.

Oh, and we should also include examples.
