would this utilise sspak or work similar to sspak? and include the ability to pull assets from external sources ie s3?

@dmc-core I'd imagine it would do similar things to sspak yeah, but probably not bundle it into a .sspak file but a .sql dump for the DB and .tar for assets.

Re: external sources, we could probably consider it for future but I'm not sure it should be part of v1.0.0

Moving to v1.1.0 as this can initially be done with sspak, so not much point in bundling it into v1.0.0
