SilverStripe 4.3.x-dev

Go to login form for admin
Enter valid credentials
Double tap the enter key

Your session has expired. Please re-submit the form.

It should really disable the "LOG IN" button once the form is submitted to prevent this from happening (unless you're faster than javascript).
