For some reason, I am not getting all the issues and pull requests I expect. This probably caused by our result limiting to 100 (and not getting more results if there are).

It is also inconsistent. I have 8 open issues/pull requests in Todoist, but my queries result in 14, and it's not the latest ones. Some are old, some are new.
