I was using makepkg -s when this error occurred... should I umount tmpfs from RAM ?

You must build this package in an HD with a lot of free space >13Gb

It seems to be a problem with bsdtar, try to unpack by hand the intel-ipp-mt-devel-090-8.2-0.x86_64.rpm

bsdtar -xf intel-ipp-mt-devel-090-8.2-0.x86_64.rpm

First: try to remove the folders src and pkg

it shows the error:

Does it mean that the file is broken?

Yes.
Or you have a problem with bsdtar.

remove the src and pkg folders, and try to rebuild.

The main package is verified with the sha256sum .... the probability of errors is very very .... low !!!

Is the sha256sum in PKGBUILD correct for parallel_studio_xe_2015.tgz? I tried to download it for 3 times, all my downloads cannot pass the check, so I tried sha256sum --tag and modified the sha256sum in PKGBUILD...

I've tried for several times....but the sha256sum is still 026044a51107ebe26890817a7ed1801256b1bc7b8a3e2d89a54f447372fc894f, the tgz file was downloaded by makepkg -s, and I downloaded the PKGBUILD file from this git repo.
