[index.html] links to assets are pointing to Alphabet rather than internal #7

All of the asset links (e.g. CSS, JavaScript, Images, etc.) are pointing to the original Alphabet web locations. These need to be adjusted to point to the relative locations within the website's code repository.

All references to alphabet (abc.xyz) have been removed. All links have been tested and confirmed as working.
