There are two issues with this chunk (used for some items with the tag amenity=social_facilty):
1.) The value disabled is translated in JOSM (set to German language) to “Nicht verfügbar“ (not available)
2.) The value senior should not be displayed as ”Elderly“, because the value elderly is a deprecated value – which will result in confusion (see https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:social_facility:for). Perhaps simply use the word ”Seniors“ or ”Senior persons“?

Nothing I can really do about that, this would seem to be a JOSM bug and needs to be reported there.

Elderly is correct BE, it isn't clear why the value is PC US-English to start with.
