Create an Arduino demo of the MCU side of a Serial-MCU connection as documented here:

We're getting COBS wrapped ASCII strings from MCU:

Next, will work on protobuf packets. SIOT can decode either raw ASCII or protobuf COBS wrapped packets. The raw ASCII is handy during development for debugging.
