Device stop reporting sensor data

had an issue with an installation where a device quit reporting sensor data. Particle console claimed the device was still connected. Cycled power to the device, and it started sending data again, so likely we have a problem where the main loop is somehow getting stuck. Probably need to implement a watchdog process at some point.
