immich-go view on on the immich photo is strictly limited to the user account having generated the API key.
I have just verify this.

I suspect a mistake with the API key. Could you check in the log file the email address of the user?

I can confirm that it used my API key. However, I am not able to confirm that it wrongly compared to my wife's photos for duplicates. Since I cannot confirm, I suppose we can close the discussion.
