Have option to override set points for thermostat.

It would really be helpful if you could override the min & max temperatures for the thermostat. There's all sorts of things that work like a thermostat but the range of 40-83 doesn't really work. It could be a fridge, oven, hot tub, etc.

There needs to be a change in the custom device template as well.
