Change the billing cycle or time period Energy Sensor

The energy sensor works perfectly, I haven't had any problems reading so far, but I would like to be able to add/edit the billing period in the portal. The data for each month is updated at the end of that month, but I would like to have the option to update it on the date I prefer, always counting the month but the day I prefer.
For example, I would like the data to start counting from the 25th of January and end on the 25th of February, similar to the Android billing cycle..
