sipgate.io failed with 601 #147

On my sipgate basic account 335886 the sipgate.io failed with 601.

Debug log simply shows "SSL handshake failed"

https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/ shows grade B (only because of support of legacy TLS)

Change to "http" instead of "https" is simply ignored and leads to the same error.

This was tested and working before!

It's a pitty the the support for self signed certs was removed long time ago. This could prevent such problems.
