选中文本支持复制为 Markdown

方案1：在设置里加个开关 复制行级元素时保留 Markdown 标记符，默认关闭 #13735 (comment)

方案2：选中文本的右键菜单添加一个 复制为 Markdown 选项，并且支持自定义快捷键 #13735 (comment)

方案3：方案1+方案2，开启了 复制行级元素时保留 Markdown 标记符 之后就隐藏 复制为 Markdown 选项

现在直接复制变成了这样

原来应该是
