New UI in React and Typescript

I am working on new version of UI which will be rewritten in React and Typescript.

I want to provide a better way to create clients and resources - add a helpful wizard for easier configuration - #18.

Are you sure you do not want to do it with VueJS 3 :D It should be so easier and faster to develop.

I am already working on several projects with React, so that is reason why I want to use it. 😄

@skoruba Are you going to use React for all the pages including Login? What about using Blazor (server side)?

@rezabay - currently, I am working only on Admin UI part in React.

I do not have experience with Blazor, let me think about STS part.
