Update snappy on hex.pm

It looks like that there is a snappy hex.pm package published from @benoitc but the linked github repo is 404.
This is the only snappy package that builds on OTP23, while snappy 1.1.1 doesn't.
The API looks to be the same, so is it possible to use this version as hex.pm snappy replacement?

@benoitc I guess bettio wants either the snappy package to be released (or add me as a maintainer so I can update it).

Where did your barreldb version go? I guess originally it was all the same fork, right?
