运维和后端开发人员都必须接触过 Springboot ，了解 application.yml 和静态资源的作用。
部署(单机/分布式) 要会 NGINX 服务器的配置。特别是反向代理
推荐jar包部署（详见 ISSUE2）而不是 war。要高性能就使用 jar + NGINX 反向代理。
前端人员要能看懂文档，会使用标签，会使用 MCMS 管理员界面

如果以上没有一点能做到，基本和 MCMS 无缘了
