[feature] [gui] settings dialog overhaul

Describe your idea

The settings dialog has grown over time and it's sometimes hard to find the desired setting. Sometimes it could be in it's own category, and I also find the "Other" category to be used for things that should not be there.

Also, a search dialog would be nice to have.

I can work on this, I just need to know if anybody else thinks it's necessary / nice to have, and what features or categories would they put, and how would they organise them.
