What's the problem this feature will solve?

Archive data buffer is populated when the x-axis shows a new section (zoom out / pan left) but the resolution does not change when new time range has been populated before (zoom in / pan right).

Describe the solution you'd like

When there are changes to the X-Axis (zoom / pan), get new data set from archiver appliance for the given time range.
