Is there any way to add a login option and set permissions based on the user?

I want to show different content on the same page based on the user. please let me know if that is possible?

I have another question that, is there any fee for using this code? I want to setup doc site for my company.

To answer the last part of your question first: there is no fee for using this code, it is available under the terms of the Open Source Apache-2.0 license.

A login function is not something Slate provides out-of-the-box. You'd probably need to put something in front of it.

If your content changes can be made client-side using JavaScript, then you can add your own scripts to Slate to customise the content.
