Ability to play sounds eg !sound spellcasting

Could be used for:

projectiles (https://youtu.be/7p7X1WmBTf4?t=19)
weapon impacts (https://youtu.be/EgRvVq8mStE?t=15)
spell casting sounds (https://youtu.be/Zcu4KFZOKtM?t=108)
creature grunts...

I guess it would need the bot to join the audio channel to be able to play them
