Internal links and footnote improvements

This release features improved handling of internal links between documents and an updated view for footnotes and other static notes in text.

CSS makeover

• Fixes to CSS
• Fixes to the Introduction page for displaying notes
• Fix for displaying the site in the browser default language even if the language is not supported

Features from develop branch

This release brings all the features developed in the bevelop branch to the master branch.

Some of the new features:

• More dependency on ElasticSearch for retrieving database lookups
  • ElasticSearch is now required for all registers (tag, subject, location, and works)
  • This is a potential breaking change if ElasticSerach has not been used so far in an implementation
• New advanced search tab, still in beta.
• Updates to UI
• Updates to tutorial functionality
