Design tweaks to /programs page

We went through and identified some tweaks that need to be made to our programs page:

• Switch illustration at the top to the group of children holding hands
• Update color of this Kindergarten block text "Children who are 5 years old by September 1st of the current school year should enroll in kindergarten at a CPS preschool. Visit the CPS website to enroll a child in kindergarten." to #4A4A4A
• Update following headlines text to 36px (not 48px): Types of Programs, Choosing the Right Programs, What Makes a Great Program, and Other Local Activities
• More padding between headline and content for Types of Programs section and
• More padding between headline and content for Choosing the Right Program section
• Increase line height on sub-headlines within the apple graphic
• QRIS & Accreditation headers should be 18px tall, 26px line height
• Age group line under CPS/Community-based should line up

• Which photo?
• "What Makes a Great Program" and line heights on the apple graphic need to be fixed by @amynicole in the original asset
• Age groups aren't gonna line up because of different screen sizes/word wrapping on the line above it

• The color of the Kindergarten text needs to be changed from white to #4A4A4A
