Addition to Privacy Policy

To address concerns of those who would like to know how FoodBorne handles Freedoms of Information Act requests for reports submitted on Foodborne’s website, CDPH follows the same rules for those that submit requests through 311 calls. Will follow-up with exact rule.

FOIA applies to government agencies. We can add some language that clarifies that we are not a government agency if that would help.

@corynissen perhaps, but I want to ensure that the same rules apply here as they do for 311 calls - that we do not release the identity of residents making a complaint. I'm just awaiting an answer. Thanks.
