Add proctors and roles within test event page

This relates to #95. When we redesign how CUTGroup tests are displayed, we want to add a designation that includes proctors and their roles in the test. As we are creating a test and adding information, I would like the ability to designate roles based on needs of the test (for example, not every test might need transcription help).

Proctors are active CUTGroup testers and, therefore, have profiles.

Roles currently include:

• Welcome testers and other test logistics
• Photograph/Videograph
• Administer tests with testers
• Transcribe test sessions
• Report/Analysis
• Translation services
