Special handling of Error 500 needed

When we get Error 500 back from the REST server, the error message may be longer than will fit in the status line. AJAX calls should check for error 500 and go to a special dform that will provide a nicer display of the error.

Reproducer: try to add a privhistory record to the "root" employee.
